Good Thursday morning. As our leading indexes/sectors continue to work off their extreme overbought readings, lets take a look at some of our leaders from the bear market lows of last October, based on VRA Investing System readings. Today, the VRA System sits at 9/12 screens bullish. Once we hit all-time highs in our major indexes, we’ll move to 10/12 screens bullish.

Importantly, we’ve already hit all-time highs in the VRA’s leading economic and market indicators. Over the last week (or so) we’ve hit all-time highs in the semis (SMH), housing (HGX) and tech (XLK). When our leading sectors are hitting all-time highs it serves as “high probability” that the broad markets will as well. "Follow the leader” has worked in near perfect fashion from the birth of QE in 2008/2009 (and it works in both directions).
