c) overtly and consistently negative investor sentiment, brought on by 3 bear markets in 5 years (from 2018), where the average stock fell 40-60% each time, leaving consumer/investor sentiment fearful and fragile. Combined with the “PSYOP of negativity” that remains in place we are witnessing powerful contrarian buy signals.

VRA Bottom Line: 

- The Dow Jones is headed to 100,000.

- Nasdaq is headed to 40,000
