Good Friday morning. Yesterday we took profits in NAIL (3 x Housing ETF).

VRA Alert: Sold NAIL @ $210.50 

Profit of 201%

We still like housing a “lot". This bull market in housing is a powerful, long term, structural bull market that will send home prices higher for many years to come. However, we also use leveraged ETF’s as trading vehicles, applying discipline of the VRA Investing System. We’ll alert when its time to go long NAIL again.
