Good Tuesday afternoon. In addition to Q3 GDP of 4.9%, corporate earnings have been solid, even in the face of a 5.5% Fed Funds Rate and mortgage rates better than 8%. While we expect Q4 earnings may be on the light side (the Fed’s lag effects kicking in), we also expect the combination of a sharp move lower in rates into 2024, along with a weaker dollar and rebounding global economy to propel earnings higher throughout next year.

Combined with the fact that the “innovation revolution” is in just its first inning and we have the ingredients for a 30% move higher from here in the S&P 500 along with a 40% plus move higher in the semis/tech.
