Good Wednesday evening. The Innovation Revolution IPO market enters a new momentum phase in the morning with the IPO of Cerebras Systems (CBRS).

CBRS is a "red-hot" IPO that was more than 20 x oversubscribed. As an AI chipmaker with mega cap tech co’s as clients, it’s also in the hottest sector of the day. Early pricing was $115 to $125 but its final pricing tonight was set at $185. Trading should begin between 10:30 - Noon EST. We will likely be buying in the $220 + range. 

During the dot com bull market I participated in more than 400 IPO’s, while specifically helping to take 3 companies public. At my two firms during dot com (Oppenheimer and Raymond James) I knew our firms investment bankers and syndicate managers well (which helped in IPO allocations for my clients). We won’t have that ability with these IPO’s but that doesn’t mean there’s not real upside potential.

As a reminder, during the hottest days of dot com (1998-2000) there were 194 companies that doubled in price...
