Should we get a lower open….a capitulation Monday, where the best buys of my career have come from…we’ll look to add SOXL (3 x Semi ETF).

This is a classic VRA Investing System trade, using leveraged ETF’s. Below (in the non-leveraged ETF SMH) we see that the semis have hit their most oversold levels since the April tariff-mania lows and are beginning to flash extreme oversold readings, while also pulling back to the 100 dma. Over the years we’ve traded SOXL several times with good results. We prefer not buying on Fridays (thanks to Ted Parsons, my first mentor) and we never want to sell on a Monday.
