BREAKING: June CPI Data. Disinflation Continues to Build

The CPI data for June is in with more good news on the inflation front. CPI is down to 3% y/y with Core CPI hitting 3.3% y/y (both beats). Gold is up $32/oz. GDX is trading up 2.5%. Stocks are flat. 10 year yield is down to 4.2%. A Fed rate cut in September is a near-lock. The Roaring 2020’s bull market lives on.
