Good Thursday morning. We’re working on two updates this morning and will be back a bit later. Both are VRA 10-baggers; Vista Gold (VGZ) and Xtract One Tech (XTRAF). One was down 13% yesterday (Vista) while one was up 13% yesterday (X1).

We have calls with the CEO’s of both companies this AM...here’s what we know as of now;

Vista Gold: we learned yesterday that Sun Valley Gold….the largest reported holder of VGZ (16% of the outstanding shares)...has distributed 3.4 million shares to a clients account and it appears that this account may be the seller. VGZ volume yesterday was 5.7 million shares. Here’s the email we received yesterday afternoon from CEO Fred Earnest:
