Good Tuesday morning. The second quarter ended with another set of ATH’s in S&P 500 and Nasdaq and what turned out to be a remarkably strong Q2. The S&P 500 ended Q2 +10%, Nasdaq +18% and Dow Jones +5%. Truly a V-shaped Q2 bottom, right back to ATH’s. 2020 revisited…almost exactly.

This morning futures are slightly lower as anxiety builds about the BBB, which included late-night rage-posting from Musk and Trump.

This was the post that let you know Musk was coming at Trump and Republicans with both barrels; Musk says he will personally see to it that every R that campaigned on cutting spending but instead voted for this bill will lose their primary next year…if its the last thing he does on this earth.  

Then Trump had all he could take. This is the Presidents reply from midnight: DOGE should be used to investigate Musk.
