Good Monday morning. Wanted to get a brief (8 minute) Members Podcast out to you before the open to address the news on China’s DeepSeek and its impact on premarket trading. Nasdaq futures have been down as much as 5% (taking essentially everything with it) but are clawing back some of the losses now.

In the podcast I talk about DeepSeek, our views (with SOXL, TQQQ, TSLA), Elons posts on DeepSeek (he’s calling BS), this bull markets rotational theme and what it could mean for interest rates (which have peaked), selling on Mondays, the housing market (NAIL), the consumers and our wishy-washy Federal Reserve (yes, rate cuts are still coming).
