Good Tuesday morning. Impressive day yesterday, all around, with solid internals, clear broadening action and the semis leading the way higher. The opening gains only got stronger throughout the day. Bearish September seasonality is a crowded trade…a recipe for a strong (contrarian) move higher. The VRA Investing System remains at 10/12 screens bullish, AKA back up the truck territory. These pauses and shakeouts remain buying opportunities. "Buy the dip” has been the smartest of smart money strategies from the 10/13/22 lows…we believe this will continue to be the case.

- The August 5th lows will hold for semis/tech. In the short term, analytics (September) remain a concern but the power of this structural bull market will overcome the weakness of seasonality. Bearish seasonality is a crowded trade and we’ve hit heavily oversold levels. We are long and buyers of SOXL and TQQQ for this generational bull market.
