Good Monday morning. Reminder, Tyler will be on the Schwab Financial Network at 2:30 est today (https://schwabnetwork.com/). Hope you can join in.

Alert: we bought NAIL (3 x Homebuilder ETF) @ $72.75. Based on the ascending channel pattern in place, this move should take NAIL to approx $110 (50% higher from here).

Quick Hitters from the Road:

1) Tesla (TSLA). As you’ve likely seen, Musk and the president were sitting together at Charlie Kirks Memorial service. They looked friendly and happy to be back together (significant). At $444 on this mornings open the shares are 10% from last years ATH of $488. The word continues to be that FSD 14 is nearing introduction to the market. Know this; owning Uber, Lyft, Waymo, etc., is a risky proposition here. TSLA is the #1 stock to own for the Innovation Revolution. Our year end PT remains $500 with a move to $598 in the cards, based on our technical analysis.
