Good Thursday afternoon. Alert: this morning we bought TQQQ (3 x Nasdaq 100 ETF) @ $48.00.

Of note, check out the chart below of IGV (Software Sector ETF). After suffering a massive waterfall crash, we believe software stocks have likely bottomed here (which is why we bought TQQQ, which owns many of these same companies).

In the bottom section of the chart (below) you’ll see that each of our VRA Momentum Oscillators have hit extreme oversold, making this a true “EOSOS" situation.

VRA Bottom line: the rubber band for this group has stretched too far.  At the same time, the semis (SMH) have reversed from a sharply lower open to currently slightly positive on the day. This may not be the exact bottom of this mini-tech-wreck but we should be close. Today’s close is important.
